The Superior Court said an exclusion in a homeowner’s insurance policy bars coverage for a claim of negligent entrustment against policyholders who allowed their 13-year-old son to operate a motorized dirt bike near an intersection where it collided with a car.

The policy exclusion prohibits coverage for bodily injury or property damage “arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of” a motor vehicle in the policyholder’s control.
