Who wears the pants in the Philadelphia district attorney's office? Anyone who wants to, now that DA Lynne Abraham has rescinded a long-standing dress code requiring female lawyers to wear skirts. When Abraham first started practicing law, it was considered scandalous for a woman to wear pants in a courtroom, but judges and juries no longer react negatively to that prospect, she said, adding: "Times change, fashions change and we change, too."
