A federal grand jury on Thursday indicted Connecticut Superior Court Judge Daniel E. Brennan Jr. on charges of obstruction of justice, the first time in more than a century that a state jurist has been indicted. The indictment alleges that Brennan misled FBI agents as they investigated William Trudeau, a former client of Brennan's before he took the bench.
