A former Delaware County, Pa., court employee who pleaded guilty to charges that she stole more than $450,000 from restitution payments owed to crime victims was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to make full restitution. The woman confessed in April that she used the money to pay her own bills -- including her Victoria's Secret charge account, cable television and numerous credit cards and store charge accounts.
