A Miami-Dade Circuit judge this week found no evidence that Miami attorney Alice Hector lied about her income or committed fraud on the court in a case involving child support for her two young daughters.

As the Miami Daily Business Review reported last week, Hector’s ex-husband, Robert Young, filed a motion alleging that during the year his daughters lived with him, Hector paid far below what she should have paid because she lied about how much she made. The motion was heard Monday, with Judge Maxine Lando ruling against Young.
