A day after the Seton Hall University dormitory fire that killed three students and injured scores of others, the legal positioning has begun.
The family of a student burned in the fire retained an attorney Thursday to consider legal action against Seton Hall and other potentially liable parties. The lawyer, Raymond Gill Jr. of Woodbridge, says he was retained by the boy’s family, whom he has known for 25 years.
