A recently retired torts professor at Pace University Law School was charged with one count of possession of child pornography last week by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Francisco.

The former professor, Murdaugh Stuart Madden, who had been teaching last year at the Santa Clara School of Law in California, resigned from Pace, where he had taught for 20 years, on Feb. 28.
