Piper Jaffray Companies, a middle-market investment banking and institutional securities firm, has signed a 10-year lease for 64,821 square feet at 345 Park Ave., between East 51st and 52nd Streets.
Piper Jaffray will occupy the entire 12th floor and a portion of the 11th floor of the 44-floor structure, which was built in 1969.
