Norton Rose Fulbright, which saw the former leaders of its cybersecurity and data protection practice peel away for another Am Law 100 firm earlier this year, has nabbed three new partners to restock its national privacy practice.

The global legal giant announced Thursday that it had hired Steven Roosa and Christopher Cwalina from Holland & Knight in New York and Washington, D.C., respectively, where they previously served as co-chair of the firm’s privacy and data security team. Also joining Norton Rose is San Francisco-based partner Jeewon Serrato, most recently counsel and head of the global privacy and data management practice at Shearman & Sterling.
