Bircham Dyson Bell has appointed Helen Ratcliffe as its new head of private wealth, replacing James Johnston in the role.
Ratcliffe joined Bircham Dyson in 2000 and made partner in 2002. She advises both UK and non-UK domiciled high net worth individuals on all aspects of their estate and tax planning.
