CMS Cameron McKenna is drawing up a new three-year business plan which could see the firm expanding into emerging markets such as India, China and Brazil.

The proposals, expected to be agreed at a partner meeting next week, focus on four headline areas: attracting the best people; enhancing the practice; boosting profitability; and pushing further integration of the CMS network.
