DLA Piper has hired a new partner in Italy, bringing in a senior associate from Clifford Chance (CC) in Milan for its white-collar crime practice. Domenico Aiello will work closely with DLA's litigation and regulatory location head Stefano Modenesi. Modenesi said: "Recent legislation significantly increased regulatory obligations on Italian corporates and their officers, with criminal consequences for non-compliance. Businesses operating in Italy will need assistance with this."
