Allen & Overy (A&O) is formally revising its policy on partner sabbaticals to allow a more flexible system in which they can divide up their allocated leave.
Partners that have been at A&O for 10 years are entitled to a three-month sabbatical, which the firm now allows to be taken in a number of ways.
