The Rolls & Arnold building on London’s Fetter Lane looks set to be unveiled as the location for the UK’s flagship commercial court building, with UK construction giant Faber Maun-sell acting as lead developer.

The decision, due to be formally announced in the coming weeks, looks set to end the saga over the £25m development, which has been plagued by delays. The building is currently jointly owned by property investors Delancey and asset manager Insight Investments, an HBOS subsidiary.
