. SJ Berwin has advised the Crown Estate Commissioners on a property swap with Derwent Valley Holdings. The Crown Estate has acquired the leasehold to Morley House, W1, for £17.5m and sold interests in Riverwalk House, SW1, and Argosy House, W1, for £1.65m.
