Norton Rose has moved to address criticism over delays in profit payments by introducing a series of financial measures, including increasing monthly partner drawings by 25%.

The top 10 City firm has increased drawings by between £2,000 and £3,000 for partners at the lower end of its 10-year equity ladder, taking their monthly salary to around £9,000, it has emerged. The firm is also under-stood to have made similar increases for partners at the top of the equity.
