LexisNexis has bolstered its InterAction client relationship management software with the release of Version 5.5, which features a report writing tool and enhanced international support.

The new reporting tool is based on the Microsoft .NET platform and can be used to with dozens of modifiable templates. InterAction 5.5 also adds international support and enhanced e-mail functionality to assist firms with global offices using different languages and character sets. The latest version also supports Outlook calendar synchronisation to capture client information contained in meetings and appointments.
