Liverpool City Council’s head of legal, Graeme Creer, is to join the public sector team of northwest firm Weightmans. Creer, who joined Liverpool City Council in 2001, has also held positions at Barnet Borough Council, Wandsworth Borough Council and Westminster City Council.
He is also company secretary of the Liverpool Culture Board, which is leading preparations for the city’s tenure as European Capital of Culture in 2008. Creer is set to join Weightmans at the end of March.
