Business lawyers are predicting a surge in fees in 2006 off the back of the buoyant M&A market, as business confidence reaches a record high.
The latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question business confidence survey records 97% of the respondents predicting that their firms’ fee income will increase, with 66% anticipating a double-digit growth hike over the calendar year.
