Nauta heavyweight quits for Dutch regulator

NautaDutilh’s highly-rated energy head Chris Fonteijn has quit the firm to chair Dutch telecoms regulator, Independent Post and Telecommunication Authority (OPTA).

Fonteijn, the Dutch leader’s former Rotterdam head of corporate, succeeds JC Arnbak, chairman of OPTA since its establishment as an independent regulator in 1997.
