Partners back support staff - in small doses

Nearly one in four City lawyers believe top UK law firms employ too many support staff – despite a poll showing the same lawyers agree non-legal staff should get more kudos.

The latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question survey of 100 leading commercial lawyers, found 38% of respondents claiming top 20 UK law firms should employ less support staff.
