Enron’s bankruptcy examiner, Neal Batson, has modified his controversial plea for immunity from all future subpoenas relating to the company’s collapse.
His attorney, Dennis Connolly, told Legal Week that Batson would now be prepared to aid an Enron-related claim if the litigants could prove in court that they had tried every other possible means to discover the information they sought.
