Sinclair Roche & Temperley has appealed against a landmark ruling that it sexually discriminated against two former salaried partners, which could see the legacy firm’s equity partners personally liable for £300,000 each in damages.
The claim was brought by Sian Heard and Sian Fellows who both left Sinclair Roche at the time of its merger with Stephenson Harwood last year.
