Addleshaw Goddard: deal by March

Addleshaw Booth & Co and Theodore Goddard (TG) have hammered out basic terms for a merger and look set to reach a final agreement by the end of the month.

Legal Week understands that the two firms, which kicked off formal merger discussions on 14 February, have already provisionally agreed a name and management structure for the merged firm.
