Solution 6 buys Novient

Solution 6 Group has announced the acquisition on 8 August of Novient, a leading developer of professional services automation software.

Novient will be folded into Solution 6 North America, developers of the CMS Open legal practice management system, in a move that will significantly boost Solution 6′s foothold in the North American market.
