US firm Squire Sanders & Dempsey has hired a partner from the Italian practice of leading German firm Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner.
Angelo Guido Galeotti joins Cleveland-based Squire Sanders on 2 September to become the firm’s fourth partner based in Milan.
Galeotti specialises in M&A, environmental and company and commercial law.
