Eversheds has pledged to continue practising out of Monaco after the jurisdiction was blacklisted by
the Organisation for Economic
Co-operation and Development (OECD) for being an unco-operative tax haven.
The OECD imposed a 28 February deadline for jurisdictions to agree to a commitment to reform their financial systems.
