US firm Weil Gotshal & Manges has opened a US law office in Singapore as it moves to secure a joint venture with local firm Rajah & Tann.
Weil Gotshal’s Singapore office, which received formal approval on 23 January, is headed up by partners William Kent Sievers and Dennis Barsky.
