When Fort Lauderdale attorney Brad Edwards found himself in a fee dispute with the now-closed Dania Beach amusement park Boomers!, he knew exactly how to resolve it.

The former University of Florida athlete contacted counsel for the park’s parent company, which disagreed with Edwards’ assessment of the legal fees and costs he was owed after he won a $3.7 million award for a teenager shot in the Boomers! parking lot.
