The $325 million First New York Federal CreditUnion in Albany, N.Y., promoted AndreaReed to manager of lending originations for the company'slending department. Reed joined First New York in 2013 as a loanofficer. She began her career through a high school program and hadworked at several banks prior to joining the credit unionindustry.

The $281 million University Credit Union inOrono, Maine promoted three employees.

Jason Preble was promoted to informationtechnology manager in Orono. He previously served as seniortechnology specialist and has been with UCU for 11 years. In hisnew role, Preble is responsible for managing, overseeing andimplementing the credit union's technology, including its dataprocessing system and various software applications.

Erika Taylor was promoted to branch manager ofthe newly-renovated Forest Avenue branch in Portland. Shepreviously served as assistant branch manager of the Farmingtonbranch, and has been with UCU for three years. In her new role,Taylor oversees all retail functions of the Forest Avenue branchwith a focus on member acquisition, staff development and communityoutreach.

Benaiah Pelotte was promoted to campus branchmanager in Orono, located on the University of Maine campus. Hepreviously served as assistant branch manager of the 15 Main St.Orono branch, and has been with UCU for three years. In his newrole, Pelotte is responsible for all campus branch operations andfacilities, as well as developing member relationships within theUniversity of Maine campus community.

The $397 million Town and Country Credit UnionMinot, N.D., appointed Jeremiah Kossen topresident/CEO. Kossen is a seasoned credit union executive and hasspent his entire career within the financial services industry. Forthe past decade, he has been at the $5.1 billion Lake MichiganCredit Union in Grand Rapids, Mich., in various senior managementpositions including chief risk officer/SVP, vice president ofoperations and director of audit. He most recently served asCOO.

The $1.1 billion Hiway Federal Credit Union inSt. Paul, Minn., hired Sandy Oleson as a mortgagesales manager. Oleson brings more than 15 years of sales, marketingand mortgage experience to Hiway. In her new role, she will drivestrategies to develop and grow the mortgage lending business unitincluding building awareness, actively participating in thecommunity and increasing Hiway's presence in the mortgage lendingspace.

CO-OP Financial Services hired MatthewMaguire as chief data officer, which represents a keymilestone in CO-OP's ongoing initiative to grow the firm'stechnology talent and infrastructure. In addition to advancing thefirm's technology goals, Maguire will be instrumental in helpingthe credit unions that are a part of the CO-OP ecosystem. Maguirejoins CO-OP from Bank of America where he spent more than 10 yearshoning his global technology experience.

TMG Financial Services, a credit card agentissuer and advisory services firm serving credit unions andcommunity banks, promoted three employees.

Adam Babbitt was promoted to credit and riskmanager. Babbitt will leverage TMGFS' extensive credit card data todevelop, test and execute credit risk policy to support businessgoals. He will oversee the creation of credit risk strategies thatbalance the financial health of cardmembers with the sustainabilityof TMGFS clients' credit card programs.

Patrick Baker was promoted to marketingmanager. Baker will lead the strategic direction of the marketingteam, aligning marketing goals with TMGFS' overall businessobjectives and priorities. He joined the firm in 2015 from TheInteger Group, an integrated marketing agency in Des Moines,Iowa.

Ann Marie Day was promoted to director ofmarketing. Day will oversee the development and implementation ofconsumer and commercial credit card marketing programs. She willalso work to identify new opportunities, as well as emergingmarketing and communications tools and strategies to support TMGFSclients' credit card programs.
