The Nov. 18 event in Roanoke, Va., raised more than $1,500 and collected 145 pounds of food for a nonprofit organization that feeds the hungry, according to the $655 million credit union in Roanoke, Va.

More than 200 attendees enjoyed the delicious dishes prepared by six local restaurants that competed to create a twist on the traditional Thanksgiving meal, Member One said.
