Online Resources Corp. of Chantilly, Va., said it has signed the$5.1 billion Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in Live Oak,Texas, to a multi-year agreement to use the company's Architectdigital banking solution.

The company said it also has completed the launch of itsArchitect solution at the $2.5 billion Lake Michigan Credit Unionin Grand Rapids, Mich.

The ORCC selection at the 400,000-member Texas credit unionfollowed a two-year evaluation process and the solution will beintegrated with the fast-growing credit union's new Fiserv Acumencore processing platform.

“We selected ORCC because of their solution's integrationcapabilities with third-party providers and their provenexperience,” said Mary O'Rourke, senior vice president at RBFCU.“Our institution has rapidly grown over the last five years, addingmore than 150,000 new members. It was imperative that our online banking platformmeet our current and future members' needs.”

At Lake Michigan CU, about 102,000 of its 193,000 members are nowusing the Architect solution, integrated there with a SymitarEpisys core.

A client of ORCC's bill pay services since 2002, Lake MichiganCredit Union now offers members a single user experience from theirbanking and bill pay services, the credit union said.

“Converting to a new system of any kind is probably the largest,most complex project a financial institution can undertake, andwith it comes many challenges,” said Razi Qadri, CIO and SVP ofCorporate Services Group at Lake Michigan CU. “From pastexperiences of converting other systems and knowing what canpotentially happen, we didn't anticipate that it would go assmoothly as it did.”
