If you have ever wanted to suggest a question for a hearing witness or report government waste, the House Financial Services Committee is giving you the chance to do so.

The panel unveiled a revamped website today that includes a section called "YourWitness," which invites interested persons to look at the upcoming hearing schedule and then suggest a question that one of the committee members might ask a witness.

There is also a "You Blow The Whistle" section for reporting wasteful practices at government agencies or programs. Although the person submitting the information has to sign their name, the committee says that information will be kept confidential.
