A credit union core processing startup founded by Symitarveterans has hired another former colleague to help lead theplatform's development.

Carl Barlow joins Corelation Inc. after 20 years at Symitar,most recently as director of software architecture, the same titlehe'll hold at Corelation, the new company said.

His role will be to support projects and enhancements to the newKeyStone system, the company said. Barlow joins two other formerSymitar colleagues at the new company, CEO John Landis andPresident Theresa Benavidez.

San Diego-based Corelation announced its launch this past falland has said it expects to announce its first client signing soon.Landis is the designer of the original Galaxy platform and aSymitar co-founder. Benavidez also is an original Symitar employeewho later held senior positions with XP Systems and USERS Inc.
