SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Empire Federal Credit Union is answeringmembers' prayers by opening a new Camillus branch this summer.
|The 2,400 square foot facility will be a full-service branchwith four teller stations, a greeter station, and drive-up tellerand ATM lanes. Staffing will include tellers, a manager and twofinancial service representatives.
|The branch also will have an office for Empire's financialplanning subsidiary, Empire Associated Services and a homeyreception area complete with fireplace.
|Chris McQueeney, Empire FCU vice president of informationtechnology, and Camillus branch project manager, is excited aboutthe location.
|“The branch will be the latest business to open in the CamillusCommons area, following a Lowe's and Applebee's, and where a SuperWal-Mart is scheduled to open soon. It's a great location.”
|Approximately 1,700 Empire members live in the Camillusarea.
