This was more thandouble the number of MCT interns who were honored in 2004. Studentseach received pins from Montgomery County Public Schoolscommemorating completion of their internship assignments, which arepart of a two-year Academy of Finance extracurricular educationalprogram that helps train young people for careers in financialmanagement. This year's MCT interns honored include the following:Veronica Astormia, Lena Ouk, Candace DePass, Tim Geston, KevinWong, Patrick Mallen, Marc Ferguson, Marques Ducker, JustinMalcolm, Chingoun Baataryn, and Nicholas Roscher. Financial 21Community Credit Union, San Diego, has named Community RelationsOfficer Melinda Collins Employee of the Quarter. She representsFinancial 21 in a number of organizations and actively participatesin Credit Union for Kids, American Cancer Society, and the Academyof Finance with San Diego High School.
