RIDGECREST, Calif. – AltaOne Federal Credit Union is going after the business owners in its membership, launching the Commercial Integrator solution from its core processor, USERS Inc. The $436 million CU has more than 1,700 business accounts already and wanted to be able to handle the more complex deposit and lending functions required to serve those relationships. "One of the greatest advantages of Commercial Integrator is that it allows us to leverage our branch delivery system to serve business members efficiently, by making it easy for any front-line employee to handle commercial accounts," said Jim Storm, AltaOne's chief information officer. Commercial Integrator combines the USERS core system with Fiserv ITI's Premier, giving the CU access to such functions as advanced Internet cash management, account analysis, and support for complex loans.
