BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Fiserv Lending Solutions, a unit of Fiserv Inc., has come out with an electronic network the company says will allow lenders to use a single point of contact to streamline and improve their loan processes. The Electronic Partner Connection (EPC) provides a single point for order and delivery of services, or bundles of services, provided by Fiserv Lending Solutions and selected partners. Using the network, lenders can order one service or the entire bundle of services needed to close loan, all in one place. The company said it will allow non-Fiserv vendors to participate in the network "if a lender requests it." EPC is currently in development and should be available to lenders in the first quarter 2005.
