TAYLOR, Mich. -Digital Dialogue, a Net-based call center firm, has enhanced its automated credit decisioning capabilities – and it's free for existing clients. These capabilities are powered by the company's Advanced Decisioning Engine (ADE) and are available in the basic package to existing customers at no additional charge. ADE's design makes credit decisions based on the customized criteria set up by each individual financial institution. If a person is not approved for the specific credit card or loan for which they first applied, Digital Dialogue's ADE responds with an alternate recommendation targeted to the borrower's particular financial situation. "Upon careful reflection of the individual's financial history, the system can automatically indicate to the customer or member service representative that the individual would be better suited for a Visa Gold card. Likewise, if he or she applies for one type of loan and is approved for a greater amount, ADE will respond with an alternate solution within seconds," said Howard Hoemann, vice president of Sales for Digital Dialogue. Five County Credit Union in Bath, Maine is currently using the new system.
