Many employee benefits and retirement industry companies areproviding services or solutions aimed at helping people get throughthe coronavirus pandemic lockdowns and into back-to-workinitiatives. Here is a sampling of what we've seen.

Scripta has released a free Drug Substitution Searchtool. Scripta Insights is a healthcare IT solution and employeebenefit that normally uses its proprietary technology to helpmembers find savings on their prescription drugs and  istypically offered only as a member benefit through health plans.During this critical time, Scripta is using this technology to helppeople find alternatives to prescription medications that might beout of stock. The tool is available for employers to share withtheir employees amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Paycor announced a new Return to Work Toolkitthat includes a comprehensive checklist with the most importantto-do's, from covering federal, state and local laws to socialdistancing guidelines and facilities cleaning and sanitation. Alsoincluded are free downloadable templates and actionable insights toremain compliant and keep employees healthy & safe.

OzarkRiver Manufacturing announced The Ozark River Portable Sinks,built in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Prior to the outbreak, Ozark typicallybuilt portable sinks for daycares and schools. As businessesstarted looking for safe ways to reopen after closure due to thecoronavirus pandemic, the company has begun producing them for avariety of customers. Easily made on their manufacturing line, theportable sink is different from others as it can just be pluggedinto a wall. The units use hot water through an on-demandsystem.

LabCorpannounced it is launching a new return to work service foremployers. LabCorp Employer Services provides customized return towork solutions using LabCorp's trained medical staff for employeecheck-in health questionnaires, temperature screens, and COVID-19test collection at the employer site or offsite. The service givesemployers access to LabCorp's COVID-19 testing solutions includingits at-home collection test kit, its new fingerstick antibody bloodtest, and in the fall, flu vaccination services.

Fulcrum Health announced it has teamed up with healthplan clients to deliver chiropractic telehealth services for theirmembers. The chiropractic telehealth program aims to enableproviders to support health plan members by consulting with themember about their current condition and potential treatment needs;educating and reassuring patients who are experiencing severe painand offering appropriate at-home care advice; providing active careinstructions for achieving personal health goals; offering homeinstruction on daily living activities, such as how to achieve anergonomically safe remote workstation.

The Conference Board has developed a planning toolthat features three essential checklists. Each focuses on adifferent phase in the reset and recovery timeline: Assessment,Preparation, and Return.The planner and accompanying report arefree to the public and can be used by both US and internationalHuman Resource teams.
