Orange might be the new black, but don't even think about wearing it to a job interview.

While only the truly sartorially challenged might even consider it, the folks at CareerBuilder took a look at the question of what colors work best and, as you might expect, found employers most often recommended blue (23 percent) and black (15 percent).

Orange topped the list for the worst color (25 percent of employers) and was the color most likely to be associated with someone who is unprofessional.
