It won't be known until Monday whether the Supreme Court will dive into health reform issues in 2012.

According to SCOTUSblog, the court will issue its next round of orders on pending cases at 10 a.m. on Monday, and will give no opinions.

The nine Supreme Court justices met for a private conference Thursday to discuss, among other things, whether they'll take up one or more of the four pending cases challenging a core provision within the Affordable Care Act – the individual mandate.
