Last week, a federal judge in Manhattan ordered Boies Schiller & Flexner to pay Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. more than $271,000 in sanctions for representing a plaintiff in an antitrust lawsuit against the hotel company when the firm previously had advised the company itself.
