Bill Holston refrains from making predictions about the legal help for the influx of unaccompanied children crossing the United States-Mexico border.
“Nobody knows how this is going to work,” said Holston, the executive director of Human Rights Initiative of North Texas, (HRI) a Dallas-based nonprofit that provides representation to asylum seekers.
