Bingham McCutchen and the newly formed Squire Patton Boggs, two Am Law 100 firms that have dealt with a high degree of lateral volatility in recent months, both made hires this week.

Squire Patton Boggs, formed on June 1 via a merger between Patton Boggs and Squire Sanders, made its first hires since that combination by picking up Asia-focused corporate partners KENJI FUNAHASHI and HIROKI SUYAMA in Los Angeles, according to sibling publication The Asian Lawyer.
