A federal judge has decertified a class of nearly 200 store managers of Michaels Stores Inc. in California who alleged unpaid wages and overtime.
The managers, who worked at 130 stores of the arts and crafts retailer, claimed they had been improperly classified as exempt from overtime under California wage and labor laws.
