The New York City Bar Association is recognizing four attorneys for their role in initiating changes to promote diversity within their organizations and the legal community.

Winners of the bar’s 2014 diversity awards are Michelle Anderson, CUNY School of Law dean; Joseph Drayton, a Cooley partner; Natalia Martín, director of diversity at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett; and Karla Sanchez, executive deputy attorney general for economic justice for the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
