Law Bulletin Publishing Co. announced on Thursday a new integration between the company’s Web-based case, calendar and document management service and NetDocuments, a cloud-based document management system (see www.juralaw.com/news). The new integration allows users, from within the JuraLaw interface, to associate documents from NetDocuments cloud storage to cases, dockets, and diary events in JuraLaw.

LexisNexis Legal and Professional, a content and software provider for business and legal professionals, released on Thursday the Money Finder feature in LexisNexis Firm Manager, practice management software as a service. When I logged into my trial account for Firm Manager, a notification on the home page alerted me the “unbilled” activities feature, which lists work I completed but had not billed to a client. One click on the notification sent me to the Billing tab where the new feature is prominently listed under Time & Expense entries. I configured the new feature to track all activities for tasks, calendar events, documents and notes. Alternatively I could limit the tracking to only those activities related to a matter. If you are used to bank account reconciliation, consider this time reconciliation.
