A suspended attorney who admitted to felony-level forgery has been disbarred by a Brooklyn appellate court.
The Appellate Division, Second Department, on Wednesday disbarred Sean McCaffrey oby virtue of his March 2013 guilty plea in Ulster County Court to second-degree forgery, a D felony. McCaffrey, who received five years probation and a 30-day jail sentence to be served on weekends for the crime, did not respond to the disciplinary proceedings.
