• Craig Wolfe has joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in the firm’s finance and bankruptcy practice. Wolfe joins from Kelley Drye & Warren.
• Gov. Andrew Cuomo appointed Bond, Schoeneck & King member Laura Harshbarger in Syracuse as chair of the Fourth Department Judicial Screening Committee and to sit as a member of the Governor’s State Judicial Screening Committee. Additionally, Bond member Hermes Fernandez has been appointed for a five-year term to the Committee on Character and Fitness of the Appellate Division, Third Department. Another Bond member, Michael Bernstein, has been appointed to the Appellate Division, First Department, Departmental Disciplinary Committee.
